If you have to Cancel a course that is already booked and confirmed, the charges for cancellation are listed below:

Minimum charge is 5 Attendees per course
Up to 14 Days Before Date Training. no charge
Up to 7 Days before Training 30% of Minimum charge for booked training.
Less than 24 Hours Notice. 50% of Minimum Charge for booked training
No notice. 100% of Minimum Charge
